We represent the States of Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine and Oregon and the Government of the Virgin Islands with respect to general obligation bonds. We have acted as bond counsel for numerous cities and counties across the country. Additionally, the Firm represents hundreds of municipalities in New York State, New Jersey, Hawaii, Connecticut, Virginia, Tennessee and other jurisdictions for the issuance of general obligation bonds, and notes.

In addition, we have acted as bond counsel on many revenue bond issues for public authorities throughout the nation and its territories, including numerous state housing agencies, health care and higher education financing authorities, municipal bond banks, state highway and tollroad authorities, power authorities, and special financial recovery authorities.
