Jay Eustis Elected to American College of Bond Attorneys
Jay Eustis has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Bond Attorneys (ACBC).
Jay specializes in different aspects of federal income taxation with greatest emphasis on financial transactions and products, especially in the municipal sector. He has provided tax support for bonds issued by states, cities and their authorities to finance all manner of projects and has served as special counsel to several 501(c)(3) institutions.
The ACBC was “organized to bring together lawyers who are distinguished for their skill, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of bond law and who contribute substantially to the best interests of the bar and the general public.”
