Adam Gordon

In his bond counsel practice, Adam prepares leases, loan agreements, bond indentures and guaranties in connection with financings for industrial development facilities and facilities for not-for-profit corporations. In his disclosure practice, he assists issuers in complying with their continuing disclosure undertakings. Prior to joining Hawkins, Adam served as a post-graduate law clerk at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York under the Deputy General Counsel for Finance. He has written on public finance topics and his articles have been published in the Journal of Taxation and Regulation of Financial Institutions and the New York Law School Law Review.
