Angela focuses her practice on the procurement and implementation of public infrastructure and construction projects on alternative delivery bases and has worked on public-private partnership (P3) projects in a variety of sectors, including transportation, water and wastewater treatment and social infrastructure. She also represents clients as bond counsel, disclosure counsel or underwriters’ counsel in public finance transactions throughout the country.
Prior to joining Hawkins, Angela practiced corporate law and worked as a project manager on urban development projects for the City of New York.
