John McNally is a frequent speaker regarding the application of the federal securities laws to public finance transactions, was a moderator at the SEC's Municipal Market Roundtable in October 1999 (the only non-SEC employee so honored), and served as Vice-Chair (2000-2001) and Chair (2002) of NABL's Securities Law and Disclosure Committee, and was President of the National Association of Bond Lawyers for the 2010 - 2011 term.
Eric S. Petersen is a co-founder of the U.S. Conference of Mayors' Urban Water Council. He makes regular presentations at conferences organized by the Council and by the American Water Works Association/Water Environment Federation (Joint Management Conference), the Center for Business Intelligence, the Design/Build Institute of America, the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships, the International City Managers Association, the Solid Waste Association of North America, and other forums on legal, environmental, tax and financing topics critical to the water, wastewater, solid waste and general infrastructure industries, and has authored numerous articles in the public contracts and procurement.

Howard Zucker was included in this year's Best Lawyers in America survey, which was conducted by ALM, a leading media company, and published in a recent edition of New York Magazine. The process of selection was done by a survey of peers, including a solicitation for nominees that went out to over 18,000 lawyers. Mr. Zucker is past president of the 3,000-member National Association of Bond Lawyers, serving for two years, 1998-2000. He was selected to be the first Chairman of the Bond Finance Practice Division of the Forum of Affordable Housing and Community Development Law of the American Bar Association ("ABA"). He chaired the Single Family Bond Workshops of National Association of Bond Lawyers for three years. Mr. Zucker was for two years the Chairman of the Public Finance Committee of the State and Local Government Law Section of the ABA and prior thereto was the Chairman of its Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee.
Joseph P. Rogers, Jr. and Howard Zucker are co-authors of ABCs of Housing Bonds (first published in 1985, now in its Fifth Edition). Mr. Zucker authored the article "Current Innovative Financing Structures of Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds," published in Journal of Public Finance.
James R. Eustis, Jr. is the author of a chapter included in The Handbook of Municipal Bonds (S. Heide, R. Klein & J.
