Harvey Rogers Receives the Lyle Stewart Award
Harvey Rogers has been singled out for his expertise in public financing and influential contributions in urban renewal in Oregon by the Oregon Economic Development Association (OEDA). The Lyle Stewart Award was presented to him at the OEDA Annual Conference held in Klamath Falls on October 7-9th.
Harvey has been practicing municipal finance law in Oregon for more than forty years. He serves as bond counsel for a wide variety of Oregon local governments and state agencies and most enjoys helping his clients respond creatively as the world changes.
The Lyle Stewart Award was created "to honor urban renewal financing expert Lyle Stewart, this award honors lifetime achievement in urban renewal".
The OEDA is made up of over 135 economic development entities and over 400 professionals across Oregon. Award recipients were selected through a competitive process with a range of criteria including: Innovation, Project/Individual Impact, Contribution to the Economic Development profession and Leadership.
