SEC Approves Amendments to Rule 15c2-12.

UPDATE: The effective date of the recent amendments to Rule 15c2-12 is December 1, 2010, and is based on the date the Continuing Disclosure Agreement is executed, which will generally be on the settlement (closing) date.
