Brandon serves as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, and disclosure counsel in connection with various transportation, infrastructure, public power, and cultural institution projects and financings.
Prior to joining Hawkins, Brandon worked at a global law firm in their finance group. While attending law school, he served as president of the Georgetown Art Law Association.
