Christopher is a public contract and infrastructure lawyer who helps government entities and other stakeholders navigate the financing and delivery of complex infrastructure development projects.

In his practice, Christopher is motivated by the opportunity to help clients deliver infrastructure projects that strengthen communities and create lasting public value. He is driven to implement public infrastructure through alternative project delivery methods and public-private partnerships (P3s) in the water and wastewater treatment, social infrastructure, solid waste, transportation, and power and renewable energy sectors.

Prior to joining Hawkins, Christopher worked as an associate in the international tax practice group of a Big Four accounting firm, where he helped multinational corporations navigate global tax laws and optimize cross-border financial operations.
