Jillian focuses her practice on the federal tax aspects of public finance, serving as bond counsel on various types of transactions across the country.

Jillian is a tax attorney who assists bond counsel with the tax diligence and drafting of tax documents for municipal bond transactions.  She works on a variety of tax-exempt financings, including governmental, 501(c)(3), transportation, and multi- and single-family housing.
