Patricia had extensive bond financing experience in support of both general government and project finance needs of a wide variety of governmental issuers.
Patricia served as Bond Counsel to Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey for over thirty years, to the New York City Economic Development Authority, Maine State Housing Authority, and many other state housing finance authorities. Patricia served as bond counsel to the Government of the Virgin Islands and various Virgin Island authorities and other entities.
Patricia had extensive experience in economic development and 501(c)(3) financings as well as experience as underwriters’ counsel and counsel to letter of credit issuers in connection with various municipal financings.
