Bob specializes in California public finance transactions, including financings for school districts and other public agencies. He represents various California public agencies with municipal bond financings.
Prior to his current role, Bob's experience spans nearly two decades in bank regulatory compliance and consulting for large financial institutions. Before joining Hawkins, Bob served as Credit Suisse’s Head of US Bank Regulatory Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer of its New York and Cayman Islands branches.
