Howard Zucker will be co-chairing the Bond Buyer's 2020 National Outlook Conference. This annual event brings together specialists and professionals from every corner of the public finance industry. The conference will examine policy, market outlook, regulatory developments, technology, pension funding, climate change among other topics for the coming year.
Howard will also moderate the “Outlook and Opportunities for the Year by the Industry Leaders” session. Arto Becker, Los Angeles partner, will direct the conversion on climate change and John McNally, Washington D.C. partner will lead the securities law development discussion.
