Jessica focuses her practice on tax-exempt financings, specifically those related federal tax laws and regulations.
Her national practice is informed by her experience at an Am Law 50 firm prior to joining Hawkins serving as bond, borrower, and underwriter’s counsel for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations, including educational, cultural, and healthcare organizations, municipalities, school districts, water and utility districts, state agencies, financial institutions, and corporations related to solid waste, manufacturing and development projects.
