Sarah serves as bond counsel and underwriters’ counsel on tax-exempt and taxable financings.
Sarah represents conduit issuers and underwriting firms. Her experience includes fixed rate, variable rate and multi-modal bonds, primarily for various not-for-profit borrowers and project financings. She has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing loan documents, security documents, indentures of trust, credit and liquidity agreements and offering documents.
