Hawkins served as counsel to BofA Securities, Inc. in a transaction supporting the issuance of $150 million of revenue bonds benefiting Rochester Regional Health. Proceeds of the bonds will be used to modernize the system’s energy infrastructure across nine hospitals in upstate New York. The transaction involved a 30-year energy-as-a-service (EaaS) partnership with ENFRA Solutions, LLC.
