Jamison serves as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel and disclosure counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable public finance transactions, with a focus on housing finance and tobacco settlement revenue securitization.
Jamison represents issuers and underwriters throughout the country in single and multi-family housing financings, tobacco settlement revenue securitizations, general obligation and tax-secured bond issuances, and project finance transactions. She has over 15 years of experience in structured finance, including over 10 years dedicated to public finance.
