Lin serves as bond counsel and underwriters’ counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable public finance transactions in the State of Oregon.
Lin represents governments, including cities, counties, state agencies, and school districts. Her services focus on matters involving the issuance of general obligation bonds, revenue bonds and conduit bonds.
