Hawkins served as underwriters’ counsel for the Bay Area Toll Authority $1 Billion revenue bond bridge financing. The offering enabled the Authority to finance and reimburse the costs of design and construction of seven San Francisco Bay Area bridges. The insured offerings were comprised of variable-rate demand bonds and auction rate bonds.
