The firm assisted the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority in the procurement and negotiation of a contract for the marketing of recyclable materials. The agreement required the private company to design, build, finance, own, operate and maintain a new single stream recycling facility that allowed the Authority to expand one of New Jersey's leading recycling programs by collecting materials on a single stream basis.
