Portland Oregon Public Schools

Hawkins served as bond counsel to Portland Public Schools on its $365 million bond financing, the first series under the District’s $1.2 billion November 2020 voter authorization. The financing will fund a number of projects authorized by the 2020 ballot title, including technology.  Portland Public Schools is one of the largest school districts in the Pacific Northwest, with over 49,000 students.
