Davis-Woodland Water Treatment Project

The Woodland-Davis project was the culmination of a 15-year joint planning, permitting and procurement effort by these two Sacramento River cities to secure their water futures in the face of dwindling and impaired local ground water supplies.  Hawkins substantially assisted in the RFQ and RFP preparation work and drafted and negotiated the 20-year design-build-operate-maintain project agreement.  This major new surface water treatment project was funded by the California State Revolving Fund and included extensive transmission pipeline and pump station improvements.
