Brian Organ
Brian’s practice focuses on federal tax matters relating to municipal finance. He works on a variety of tax-exempt and tax advantaged transactions throughout the country with a particular focus on non-profit and governmental financings.

Brian works with his clients to achieve their desired goals while assisting them in complying with the requirements of the federal tax code.

He advises his clients on private business use matters, arbitrage issues, and various compliance matters, including post-issuance compliance requirements.  In addition, Brian represents clients in Internal Revenue Service audits, and assists various types of organizations that seek to obtain or retain non-profit or governmental tax-exempt status.

Brian served as editor of the Federal Taxation of Municipal Bond Deskbook, as a panelist at the National Association of Bond Lawyers Bond Attorneys Workshop, and as a speaker at client seminars and conferences.
