Darren’s practice is focused on assisting in the representation of major conduit bond issuers of revenue bonds in the area of economic development, as well as national and regional investment banking firms, serving as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel and borrower’s counsel for varied projects and financings.
Prior to joining Hawkins, Darren practiced at a midsize firm.
