While attending Georgetown Law, Caitlyn served as a Senior Editor on the Georgetown Environmental Law Review and gained practical experience as a law clerk with the Office of the Inspector General for the General Services Administration, the Department of Justice, and the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
Before joining the firm, Caitlyn was a corporate attorney at a large, multinational law firm in New York City, where she represented private equity clients in complex transactions spanning real estate, infrastructure, energy, and technology sectors. After graduating from Georgetown Law, she also worked as Regulatory Counsel for a government affairs consulting firm in Washington, D.C., advising healthcare clients on regulatory developments and aiding in the creation of internal compliance policies.
