Maya Dudley is an associate in the Public Contracts Group.  Maya focuses her practice on the procurement and implementation of public infrastructure and construction projects across a range of project delivery models in the social infrastructure, water, power and renewable energy, and transportation sectors. 

Since joining in 2021, Maya has served as special counsel to state and local public agency clients and assisted in the development and drafting of various requests for qualifications, requests for proposals and other procurement documents, and in the negotiation and drafting of various alternative delivery agreements, including design-build, progressive design-build, design-build-finance-operate-maintain (P3) and progressive P3 service contracts and related agreements. Maya also represents the USEPA as lender’s counsel and has assisted the USEPA in extending over $1 billion in WIFIA loan financing to municipalities under the WIFIA program.

Maya joined the firm after graduating from Howard University School of Law.  Maya is a member in good standing of the bar of the State of New York.
