Parth primarily serves as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel and borrower’s counsel in connection with revenue bond financings for hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, colleges, universities, preparatory schools, and cultural institutions. Engaged from the initial stages through post-issuance compliance, Parth is involved in all aspects of public offerings and private placement transactions. His representation has extended to statewide and local issuers of tax-exempt bonds, a multitude of not-for-profit corporations with a focus on healthcare and higher education, and major national and regional investment banking firms across the United States.
Before joining Hawkins, Parth served as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Greta Gooden Brown of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Prior to his legal career, Parth gained valuable experience working at two prominent investment banking firms, where he specialized in securitization and debt financing transactions.
