Beata focuses her practice on the procurement and implementation of infrastructure and construction projects on an alternative delivery basis, including public-private partnership (P3) projects, in the power and renewable energy, social infrastructure, solid waste management, transportation, and water and wastewater treatment sectors.
Prior to joining Hawkins, Beata served as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Carmen Messano, Presiding Judge for Administration of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
