Working closely with cities, counties, local agencies, underwriters, lenders and educational and cultural institutions, Ron focuses on achieving the client's financing goals in an effective and efficient manner.
Ron serves as counsel on a diverse array of financings, including revenue bonds secured by utility revenues, conduit bonds for non-profit corporations, general obligation bonds for cities and counties, and lease and installment sale structures for local agency capital projects. He has experience with various financing structures including fixed and variable rate obligations, floating rate notes, credit enhanced obligations and swaps.
Ron has significant experience drafting disclosure documents, and advising clients on aspects of materiality and securities laws.
